B#2 is our resident bread lady...she makes great baguettes, crunchy rustic bread and our everyday bread, which we call our cheater bread since it doesn't have to rise more than once.A few days ago she thought she would try a sourdough starter and make some sour dough bread but mom couldn't handle the smell so she dumped it. Anyway, B#4decided she wanted to learn to make baguettes so in the pictures B#2 is teaching her to make them.
